At kidstorynook, each book is uniquely personalized with your child’s name and photo.
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless:

The book arrives damaged .

There is a printing error caused by us (wrong name, missing pages, ).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to support@kidstorynook.com.

We will either reprint and resend your book or issue a refund.

We cannot accept returns for:

Spelling mistakes provided by the customer.

Low-quality photos uploaded by the customer.

Change of mind after printing.
